I ordered this plant on Sunday 13 September, 2015 and received a healthy good looking (very well packaged plant) on September 16, 2015. A word of free advice, get the plant potted it is a free option for Venus flytraps and will also add less stress to the plant (because it will be stressed already from shipping). Overall good customer service and I was very pleased with the personal email updates from I assume the owner (Ron). If you are on the fence on ordering I can most definitely vouch for them from my experience.
