We ship fast! In many cases your plants are out the door the
first shipping day after we receive your e-payment, or your check clears!
Our default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Within the United States, Priority
Mail's 2-3 day estimated delivery is sufficient to ensure delivery of your plants
fresh and healthy. When even quicker delivery is desired, or to allow shipments
on Thursdays and Fridays (see shipping days, below), Express Mail delivery is
available to you.
Shipping to the US only
Currently we ship to destinations within the US only. Our appologies for any
inconvenience this may cause.
- Standard shipping: Monday through Wednesday via Priority Mail.
- Expedited shipping: Monday through Friday via Express Mail, excluding holidays. Contact
us for more information.
Live Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee our plants will arrive alive and in good condition. We ship all living
plants via Priority or Express Mail to minimize the time the plants spend in the box. You
(the customer) or your agent must be available to receive your order in a timely manner. Damage
may be sustained to plants left unattended after delivery, due to weather, neglect or other
causes. Such damage is not covered under our Live Delivery policy. Please note
that problems of the shipping agent, usually USPS, to deliver an order on time is not under
our control. Please deal directly with your local Postal Service for the resolution of delivery issues.
Please notify us immediately with any issues of damaged plants. If possible, submit
pictures illustrating the condition of your plants. Such notification is required for replacement
under our guarantee.
No Returns of Plants
We cannot accept returns of plants for refund or exchange. They have already experienced the
stress of packing and shipping, and in many cases they wouldn't survive the return
