Pinguicula 'Florian' is a cross between two Mexican butterworts, Pinguicula debbertiana and Pinguicula jaumavensis. 'Florian' is a registered cultivar (8.9.2004). As do Mexican Pings generally, it prefers loose, open soil. We use 1 part each of peat, sand, vermiculite, perlite and pumice. Shipped bare root, carefully wrapped in damp sphagnum.
